Combined application of metronidazole and traditional Chinese medicine in clinical practice

探讨甲硝唑与中药在临床上的联合应用情况,为临床合理应用及相关研究提供依据。本文通过查阅近十年国内甲硝唑与中药联合应用相关文献,按疾病归纳分析了其在临床上的应用情况,发现甲硝唑与中药联合使用在临床上应用比较广泛,普遍有效率高,复发率低,未增加不良反应发生率。表明甲硝唑与中药联合应用协同增效、优势互补,适合进一步在临床推广使用。

To explore the clinical application ofmetronidazole in combination with traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） and provide basis for clinical application and related research, the paper reviewed related literatures of metronidazole combined with TCM in the last ten years and summarized the clinical application according to disease. Metronidazole combined with TCM was widely used in clinical practice, with high effective rate, and low recurrence rate with unchanged adverse reaction rate. In conclusion, metronidazole combined with TCM had synergic effect and complementary advantages, which is suitable for clinical use.
