摘要
目的评价雌三醇乳膏用于幼儿小阴唇粘连患者治疗的安全性。方法检索数据库包括Pubmed数据库、Medline数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、万方数据库、中国知网数据库、维普数据库,查找相关的文献报道,并对所检索的文献报道结果采用纽卡斯尔-渥太华量表(NOS)进行质量评价,结合临床经验和药师、医师分析,对雌三醇乳膏治疗幼儿小阴唇粘连方案有效性及安全性进行评价。结果本院的临床药物治疗方案结合了儿童的生理特点,满足了儿童生长发育的心理需求,提高了患儿的生活质量,是一种有效的、安全合理的药物治疗方案。结论通过循证学评价雌三醇乳膏治疗幼儿小阴唇粘连方案,为临床提供安全有效的用药方案,最终达到患者安全合理用药的治疗目的。
Objective To test and verify the safety of estriol cream for prepubertal girls with labial adhesion. Methods We retrieved the Pubmed Database, Medline Database, VIP Database, Wanfang Database, CNKI, and Knowledge Database, for relevant reports and conducted quality evaluation with NOS scale on the resuks. We evaluated and observed the safety of estriol cream for prepubertal girls labial adhesion in our hospital. Results The evidence-based pharmacy regimens verified the safety and efficacy of estriol cream for prepubertal girls with labial adhesion in our hospital both physically and mentally, The life quality of the suffering children was improved. Conclusion The rationale and safety of estriol cream for prepubertal girls with labial adhesion are verified by evidence-based pharmaceutical research.
