摘要
文中建立了一种新的可描述天然橡胶(NR)在大应变范围内的应力应变关系的本构方程。在建立本构方程过程中,首次同时考虑了橡胶网络不均匀性、化学交联点、缠结点以及应变诱导结晶现象对橡胶应力应变关系的贡献,最终成功地推导出了可描述NR大应变行为的本构方程。通过使用本构方程对应力应变曲线进行拟合,可以得到橡胶网络结构参数的具体数值。这些参数值可以用于揭示NR的微观结构特征以及在拉伸过程中微观结构的变化。
A new constitutive equation that can be used to reflect the tensile stress-strain behaviors of natural rubber (NR) in large-strain range was established. In the constitutive equation, the effects of network heterogeneity, covalent cross-linking points, entanglements and strain-induced crystallization on the tensile behaviors were taken into account. Using the constitutive equation to fit the stress-strain curve, the values of structure parameters could be obtained. These structure parameters can be used to reflect the characteristics of network structure.
