摘要
常压连续脱硫塑化机是目前再生胶行业正在推广的新型脱硫生产方式。针对其中的一种——异向双螺杆挤出机,文中应用Workbench对胶粉在螺杆内脱硫过程进行传热模拟,统计各C型室单元温度分布和温度累计曲线。结果表明,胶粉导热系数小,传热性能很差,由预热区到高温区的温度累计曲线斜率逐渐一致,温度分布逐渐均匀。为了验证所建模型和模拟结果的合理性,将模拟结果与实际生产过程中挤出机出料温度作对比,模拟结果误差在16%左右,验证了此模拟分析的合理性。
It is a new type of desulfurization method which is being promoted in the reclaimed rubber industry by using the normal pressure continuous desulphurization plastic mechanism. In this paper, the heat transfer process of ground tire rubber (GTR) in the one of them counter rotating twin screw extruder was simulated by Workbench, the temperature distribution and temperature cumulative curves of different C chamber of were added up.The results show that the coefficient of thermal conductivity of rubber powder is small and the heat transfer performance of rubber powder is very poor, and temperature cumulative curve slope is consistent gradually and the temperature distribution is gradually uniform in the preheating zone to high temperature zone. In order to verify the rationality of the model and the simulation results, compared with the simulation results and the experimental results of powder temperature, the error of simulation is about 16% and the simulation model is reasonable.
