摘要 微小RNA(MiRNA)与急性髓细胞白血病(AML)的发生有一定关系,但是其具体作用机制目前尚未完全明确。多项研究已经证实,核因子-κB与AML的发生、发展密切相关,并且成为AML治疗的重要蛋白酶体抑制靶点。在包括AML在内的多种血液系统疾病的发生、发展中,MiRNA是通过核因子-κB信号通路发挥作用。笔者拟就MiRNA与核因子-κB在AML中的作用及其相互关系进行综述。 MicroRNA (MiRNA) has a certain relationship with the occurrence of acute myeloid leukemia (AML), but its specific mechanism is not yet completely clear. A number of studies have confirmed that the nuclear factor (NF)-κB related to the occurrence and development of AML. It has become an important proteasome inhibitory target in the treatment of AML. In the development and progression of a variety of hematological diseases including AML, MiRNA functions through the NK-κB signaling pathway. This article reviews the roles and relationship between MiRNA and NK -κB in AML.
