摘要
慢性淋巴细胞白血病（CLL）是西方国家成年人最常见的白血病类型，好发于老年人，病程较长，临床异质性大。真实世界研究（RWR）将经验医学与循证医学结合起来，能更好地反映临床实际，在评价临床治疗的有效性及安全性方面有一定优势，同时在疾病诊断、预后判断、病因等研究中起着重要作用，与临床试验具有承启关系。目前，RWR在白血病方面的研究处于起步阶段，笔者拟就CLL在RWR中的研究进展进行综述。
Chronic lymphocytic leukemia （CLL） is the most common type of leukemia in western countries which is prevalent in the elderly people with long course of disease and large clinical heterogeneity. The real-world research （RWR） combines experience medicine with evidence-based medicine together to reflect the clinical practice of diseases, showing advantages in assessing the effectiveness and safety of treatment. Moreover, it plays an important role in disease diagnosis, prognosis, etiology and therapy. Clinical trials are the connecting relationship with the RWR. This review summarizes the progress of RWR in CLL.
