美日职业教育体系对比分析及对我国的启示

A Comparative Analysis of American and Japanese Vocational Education System and Its Enlightenment to China

职业教育体系的构建是我国目前职业教育发展的重要任务。建立不同层次的职业教育,培养专业技术技能人才,不仅解决结构性失业问题,更能根据市场导向培养社会所需人才,服务于地方经济。因此,本文通过对比分析美国与日本职业教育体系的相同点与不同点,提出我国应增强职业教育的社会地位及教育地位,加大政府投入,鼓励市场兴办职业教育,加强校企合作与产教融合。

The construction of vocational education system is an important task for the development of Vocational Education in China. The establishment of vocational education at different levels and the training of professional and technical talents will not only solve the problem of structural unemployment, but also cultivate the talents needed by the market and serve the local economy. Therefore, by comparing and analyzing the similarities and differences between American and Japanese vocational education system, this paper proposes that China should enhance the social status and educational status of vocational education, increase government input, encourage market to set up vocational education, and strengthen cooperation between schools and enterprises and integration of production and education.
