摘要
本文借助左右极限、带间断点积分等微积分基本知识,拓展传统的收入分配基尼系数,构建了一类以连续分布为基础的环境基尼系数计算方法,并将其运用到区域经济的可持续发展评估中。运用该基尼系数对我国十五至十二五期间的区域经济的可持续特征进行了评价分析,结果表明,十二五期间的经济、生态空间均衡性,相比于十五、十一五时期得到一定的提升,但仍有提升空间。本文建立的方法为产业经济学理论提供了一个系统的实践教学案例。
This paper expands the traditional income Gini coefficient, and constructs a kind of environmental Gini coefficient based on the continuous distribution using left and right limit and discontinuous point integration. This paper uses the Gini coefficient to evaluate the economic and ecological balance of China during the period from fifteen to 12 th Five-Year. The results showed that, comparing with the period of fifteen and 11 th Five-Year, the space balance of economic and ecological in 12 th Five-Year has been improved. The method established in this paper provides a systematic practical teaching case for the theory of industrial economics.
