摘要 3D打印技术是一种相对于传统的机加工"减材制造"技术而言的增材制造技术,是通过离散和微积原理而实现的制造技术。3D打印利用电脑软件将模型切割成一系列拥有一定厚度的薄片,然后3D打印设备通过计算机软件程序从下而上地依次打印出每一层的薄片,最终形成了整体的3D打印模型。本文简单介绍了3D打印技术的原理和发展趋势,结合节省材料、强度、平稳性、支撑结构等方面对模型进行了结构分析,并对可能存在的问题提供了相关的优化方法。经过结构优化后,所打印出来的模型能够满足更好力学条件和各种物理特性,更好地运用到实践中去。 3 D printing technology is an additive manufacturing technology relative to the traditional machining of "subtractive manufacturing" technology, which is a manufacturing technology that is realized by discrete and calendaring principles. 3 D printing computer software to cut the model into a series of a certain thickness of the sheet, and then 3 D printing equipment through computer software program from bottom to top print each layer of the sheet, the final form of the overall 3 D printing model. This paper briefly introduces the principle and development trend of 3 D printing technology, analyzes the structure in terms of material saving, strength, stability and support structure, and provides relevant optimization methods for the possible problems. After structural optimization, the printed model can meet the better mechanical conditions and various physical characteristics, to better use in practice.
