高校德育具有个体性功能和社会性功能,而高校德育的这两大功能是具有同构性,个性功能汇聚而成社会性功能,社会功能蕴涵在个性功能当中。根据现代社会对大学生的要求,我们要充分利用这一优势,培养和发展学生的主体性,培养他们的主体意识、主体人格和品德能力,使之成为中国梦的建设主体。
