家园沟通新视角:从“戒备”到“友善”——略论案例法在幼儿园科研中的运用

摘要 幼儿的成长是在家庭教育、幼儿园教育和家园共育的三位一体中进行的,其中家园共育至关重要,良好的家园沟通是实施家园共育的基础。但是在具体实践中,家长群体和教师群体存在着教育观念、教育方法等方面的差异,导致家园沟通并不总是顺利的,有时甚至双方还处在"戒备"状态。本课题从幼儿教师的职业立场出发,提倡在根本上树立教师的职业信念,增强专业理念,以案例法探寻改善家园沟通的策略,分析个体情绪、沟通目标、沟通情境等因素对于沟通效果的影响,以期通过达成友善的家园沟通实现家园共育的目标。 The growth of young children is carried out in the family education, kindergarten education and home-based coeducation. Among them, home-based co-education is crucial and good home-based communication is the basis for implementing home-based co-education. However, in practice, there are differences in educational concepts, educational methods and other aspects between parents groups and teachers' groups, which has not always led to smooth communication in homes and sometimes even the two sides are still in a state of "vigilance." Based on the kindergarten teachers' occupational position, this issue advocates the establishment of teachers' professional beliefs and professional ideas, and the case law to explore strategies to improve home communication and analyze the influence of individual emotions, communication goals and communication situations on communication effects, with a view to achieve the goal of family co-education by reaching a friendly family-kindergarten communication.
