摘要 社会经济发展增加了对人才的需求,家长为了让孩子在未来能够有更好的发展,在学前教育阶段便对孩子增设学习项目。学前教育单位是国家教育事业的重要组成部分,并且也得到社会的广泛关注,在经济发展、社会进步等影响下,学前教育逐渐实现新的转型。学前教育转型是由于国家的综合发展促成,同时也促进国家教育事业的进步,但是在学前教育转型的阶段也存在许多问题。笔者根据在现阶段学前教育转型中出现的问题展开分析,分析学前教育单位和家长等因素与学前教育转型的变化和影响,同时针对问题提出相关的应对措施,希望能够对学前教育转型起到借鉴的作用。 Socio-economic development has increased the demand for talent. To help children develop better in the future, parents will create learning programs for their children in pre-primary education. Pre-primary education units are an important part of the national educational undertaking and are also widely concerned by society. Economic development and social progress have brought pre-school education to a new transformation. The transition of pre-school education is due to the comprehensive development of the country, and it also promotes the progress of national education. However, there are still many problems in the transition of preschool education. Based on the analysis of the problems in the transition of pre-primary education at the present stage, the author analyzes the changes and impacts of factors such as preschool education units and parents and the transition of preschool education, and puts forward relevant countermeasures against the problems, hoping to learn from the transformation of preschool education role.
