With the rich material life, people are more for the pursuit of residential functionality and efficient and convenient.In order to meet the needs of people, intelligent residential community gradually into people＇s attention, it provides people with a better life guarantee and quality. First introduced the development of intelligent residential quarters, and then designed the intelligent system of residential quarters. In response to the needs of people, its intelligent system mainly involves five aspects：security monitoring system, network construction, smart grid design, car charging pile design and green design. Finally, the author pointed out that the intelligent residential district is the future development trend of residential quarters.
