摘要
文章以人格的内容"三我"(生理我、心理我、社会我)为起点,以人格的心理过程知、情、意为维度,探索了大学生成熟人格的发展模式。强调"社会我"的完善与超越,提出成熟人格的模式:"自控的社会我"。"自控的社会我"可以使大学生更好地完善自我,以适应社会的发展。
This paper begins with the ＂Three-self＂ personalistic contents and the cognition, emotion and behavior＇s personalistic process, searched the development patterns of college students＇ mature personality. Put forward that mature personality is ＂self-controlled social self＂. It makes college students fit into society and develop with the Times.
