“重科研轻教学”背景下科教关系转变探讨

Discussion on the Relationship between Science and Teaching under the Background of "Value Scientific Research and Neglect Teaching"

目前中国高校普遍存在"重科研轻教学"现象,严重限制中国高等教育事业的发展。本文基于对"重科研轻教学"背景下科教关系亟需转变的分析,提出科教并重与相互促进是未来的发展方向。为实现科教融合目标,需加强顶层设计,鼓励和督促高校形成重教环境氛围;倾心课程教学,践行教书育人;凝练科研方向,科教相互促进。

At present, there is a widespread phenomenon of ＂focus on scientific research and ignore teaching＂ in Chinese colleges and universities, which seriously restrict the development of higher education in China. Based on the analysis of the urgent need to change the relationship between science and education under the background of ＂light education in heavy scientific research＂, the paper puts forward that the development of science and education is the direction of future development. In order to realize the integration of science and education, to strengthen top-level design, encourage and supervise the formation of education environment; for teaching, practice teaching; concise scientific research direction, and promote each other.
