摘要
组织高校大学生军训能够提升大学生身体、心理、道德等方面的综合素质,本文通过对高校大学生军训工作的重要意义的阐述,深入分析了当前高校军训工作存在的一些亟待解决的现实问题,并分别从思想认识、组织领导、教学内容、相关保障等四个方面提出了解决问题的对策建议及措施办法。
The military training of undergraduates in colleges and universities can improve the overall quality of undergradu- ates＇ body, mind and morals. Based on the exposition of the significance of military training for undergraduates in colleges and tmiversities, this paper analyzes in depth the realistic problems that need to be solved in the training of military work in colleges and universities, and from Ideological understanding, organizational leadership, teaching content, related security and other four aspects of the countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problem and measures.
