基于“现代学徒制”的眼视光技术专业实践探索

Practical Exploration of "Modern Apprenticeship" Based on Eye Optical Technology Professional

为了贯彻落实《国务院关于加快发展现代职业教育的决定》(2014)和教育部《关于开展现代学徒制试点工作的意见》(2014)的要求,我院正在积极响应和探索推进"现代学徒制"的试点工作,加强产教融合、校企合作,针对我院"眼视光技术"专业提出了推行"现代学徒制"试点工作,与相关企业签订合作育人机制,通过工学结合、顶岗实习、订单培养等人才培养模式,积极探索基于"现代学徒制"的实践经验,大力培养适应眼视光技术专业高素质高技能实用性人才,为全面小康社会提供技术技能支撑。

In order to implement ＂the decision of State Council on speeding up developing modem vocational education＂ （2014） and Ministry of Education＂ the opinions of pilot work about the modem apprenticeship＂ （2014）, our college is active to response and explore how to make progress pilot work of＂modem apprenticeship＂, strengthen the cooperation of the fusion between production and education, cooperation between school and enterprise, puts forward to implement the pilot work of＂ modem apprenticeship＂ in view of our college department of＂eye optical technology＂, and has signed a cooperative education mechanism with the related enterprises, through such as the work-integrated learning, field work, order to cultivate etc personnel training mode, actively explore the practical experience based on ＂modern apprenticeship＂, vigorously train the high-quality skilled practical personnel to adapt to the eye optical technology professional, in order to provide technical and skillful support for the well-off society in an all-round way.
