高校学生党员队伍建设中存在的问题及对策研究——基于对江西省部分高校的调查

Research on the Problems and Countermeasures in the Construction of College Student Party Members——Take colleges in Jiangxi Province as an example

通过对江西省29所高校3411名大学生进行调查发现,存在部分大学生党员入党动机不纯,模范带头作用发挥不够好;部分基层党组织发展党员标准不严格、不规范;高校对大学生党员教育培训不够重视;大学生党员监督管理机制不够完善;大学生党员考核评价机制系统性不强等问题。由此提出,要严格大学生党员组织发展程序,构建一体化党员教育培训体系,完善大学生党员监督管理机制,加强大学生党员考核评价工作等,确保学生党员发展质量和培养质量,保障党员队伍建设质量和纯洁性。

According to the survey of 3411 college students in 29 colleges and universities of Jiangxi Province, it is found that some college student party members have impure motivation and the model leading role is not good enough. Some grass-roots party organizations are not strict and irregular in developing party members; education and training of college student party members are not enough attention in colleges and universities; supervision and management mechanism of college student par- ty members is not perfect enough; appraisal mechanism of college student party members is not systematic and so on. There- fore, it is necessary to strictly follow the procedures for the development of college student party organizations, to establish an integrated system of education and training for party members, to improve the mechanism of supervision and management of college student party members, and to strengthen the assessment and evaluation of college student party members etc, so as to ensure the quality of student party members＇ development and training, also the quality and ouritv of oartv members.
