摘要 中学生处在身心发展的关键时期,在该发展阶段,学生的发展有着极大的不稳定性,很容易受到外界各种因素的影响,对未来健康人格的形成、一生的成长发展都有着不可忽视的作用。学生在课堂上发生问题行为,扰乱正常的课堂秩序的行为已成为普遍化的现象,对于此类问题行为的诱发原因,学生的心理变化,教师对应对方式等等各方面因素我们都该持有审慎的态度,正视问题,寻找原因,解决问题,总结经验,是我们作为一个合格的教育工作者应该秉持的正确态度和行为原则。 Middle school students are in a critical period of physical and mental development. In this stage of development, students have great instability in their development. They are easily influenced by various factors in the outside world. They can not ignore the formation of a healthy personality in the future and the growth and development of their life role. Students in the classroom problem behavior, disturbance normal classroom behavior has become a universal phenomenon, the reasons for such behavior induced, psychological changes in students, teachers and other aspects of coping styles, etc. We should hold a cautious attitude, looking squarely at the problem, finding the reason, solving the problem and summing up the experience are the correct attitudes and principles of conduct that we as a qualified educator should uphold.
