Going along the Silk Road by Improving the Suzhou Silk Directory

江苏苏州丝绸品种丰富,产销两旺,但是,一直以来缺乏系统、有效的专属词汇编撰,尤其是缺乏规范、得体的翻译文本,本文根据苏州当地丝绸公司产品,结合丝绸工业学会的专家、教授的研究成果,进行江苏丝绸的名录总结,以期让苏州丝绸更好地走向世界。

There are prosperous developments on so many kinds of silky products in Suzhou, Jiangsu. With the booming sales and introduction of Suzhou Silk, it is in great necessity of an over-all directory of Suzhou Silk. This paper focuses on the bi- lingual directory of Silk and Silk products Terms so as to make a better introduction to the whole world by the correspondent professors and some professionals from silk companies.
