摘要 积极心理学是20世纪90年代兴起的一个新的心理学思潮,将积极的人格特点、社会环境和情绪体验作为基本研究对象。文章从积极心理学的视角出发,分析当前高校职业生涯规划教育存在一些问题,探讨积极心理学研究与大学生职业生涯规划教育的契合点。高校可从帮助学生改善职业自我效能感、发现个人优势与潜能,从而针对大学生群体开展切实有效的职业生涯规划教育。 Positive psychology is a new trend of psychology that emerged in the 1990s. It takes positive personality, social environment and emotional experience as the basic research objects. From the perspective of positive psychology, the article analyzes some problems in current career planning education in colleges and universities, and discusses the meeting point of positive psychology research and college career planning education. Colleges and universities can help students to improve their career self-efficacy and find personal strengths and potentials, so as to carry out effective career planning education for college students.
