摘要
商业贿赂作为一种普遍的商务潜规则,已对社会经济的发展造成了较为严重的负面影响。本文从探讨商业贿赂的内涵出发,主要阐述了我国有关禁止商业贿赂行为的立法现状,并就现行立法存在的问题与不足,提出了相应的修改和完善的建议。
Bribery in business, that is, hidden rules, which make a negative social effect. Now, the State of legislation for prohibition has been clarified to give suggestions for amendment and perfection.
