警察工作满意度现状及相关对策研究

A Study on the police officers' job satisfaction and the improving measures

文章以重庆市某区警察为调查对象,通过问卷调查、座谈访问等方法对警察工作满意度现状、存在的问题及影响因素进行了分析,并在此基础上提出了提高警察工作满意度的相关建议及对策。

We surveyed 76 police officers through questionnaires and interview, to check their job satisfaction degree. We analyzed the data and obtained the actuality of police officer's job satisfaction. We also found some problems within this aspect and gave the reasons. On the basis of analysis we pointed out some measures to improve the job satisfaction of police officer.
