一线劳教警察心理素质的缺失与对策研究

本文经过对某劳教所一线劳教干警进行深度访谈,总结列举出一线劳教干警所需的数项心理素质,但在实际工作中,这些心理素质往往呈现缺失状态。文章分析了当前劳教干警心理缺失的主要表现、危害和原因,并提出提升和拓展一线劳教干警心理素质的对策。
