Discussion on Problems and Countermeasures in the "Three Constructions"

"三项建设"是公安部党委以科学发展观为统领,在科学分析、准确判断当前国际与国内形势和公安工作实际的基础上,作出的重大战略部署,是更好地应对新形势、新任务对公安工作提出的新要求,也是当前和今后一个时期公安工作的中心和重点。文章以陇西县为例,分析了"三项建设"中存在的问题,明确了"三项建设"的关系,提出了推动"三项建设"的对策和措施。

Three Constructions have been an important plan drawn up by party committee of public security ministry based on guidance of scientific development standpoint,scientific analysis of public security situation and practical police work; with definite aim of meeting requirement of new tasks in new era,simultaneously,a focus for current target,the following example from Longxi county shows the problems and countermeasures towards 'Three constructions'.
