基层公安机关科技强警刍议——以陇南市公安局为例

Application of Scientific Means to Strengthen Police Organ in Longnan City

当今社会,计算机技术、通信技术、网络技术、电子技术的发展与应用涉及到经济社会发展的方方面面,尤其在公安机关,公安信息化建设与应用,已成为决定公安工作长远发展、提高效能与质量的必由之路。作为欠发达地区的基层公安机关,更应大力实施"科技强警"战略,扭转公安工作落后被动局面,走可持续发展之路。"三基"工程建设开展后,陇南市公安机关真正做到同心、同声、同向、同步,全面推动"科技强警"战略,克服重重困难,以集中建库、分点应用的模式建立了警务信息综合应用平台系统,各县区公安局及其基层单位作为基本用户,依托公安三、四级网络,与警务综合信息系统对接,将逐步实现警务信息综合应用。

Current economical development concerns about computer,telecommunication,net and electronics; the same situation as in the police information construction,which is regarded as the only road to police achievement; while in a less developed area,it's best to build up such strategy to turn around backwardness and sustain further promotion. Police organ in Longnan city takes actions simultaneously to present such strategy under 'Three Basics' constructions,with much difficulty,they make effort to establish classified police information systems to provide service to the subordinated units to fulfill comprehensive application of integrated information.
