对加强我国警民关系的思考

Reflecting on Strengthening the Relationship Between Police and Other People in China

在我国建设社会主义和谐社会这一时代背景下,公安工作的重点主要集中于"三项基本建设"上,而重点的重点正是和谐警民关系的建设。针对这一问题,笔者对北京市公安局西城分局和浙江省台州温岭市公安局的警民关系建设情况进行了系统的调研,并在发现其问题、总结其经验的基础上,具体提出"高强并济,落实四民"的思想理念,并通过实际案例论证其实用性和可行性。

In the new era and the new stage,Chinese police work mainly focuses on 'Three Basic Construction',which of the key point is the construction of the harmonious relationship between police and other people.In order to solve the problem,we have surveyed systematically to the construction situation of the relationship between police and other people in Beijing Western City Police Sub-Bureau and Wen Ling Public Security Bureau in Taizhou,Zhejiang in accordance with problems and experience,the concrete idea of 'Tempering Highness with Strengthening,Implementing Four Kinds of People' should be put forward,whose feasibility and practicability can be demonstrated through the actual case
