侦查文化初探

Investigation Culture

文化作为观念性的载体,可以通过影响人的观念而影响人的行为的,同样,侦查文化对侦查人员及其侦查机构的活动影响也是如此。培育良好的侦查文化,排除不良的文化影响,进一步发挥规范建设的重要影响。文章从三个部分对侦查文化进行初步的探讨和研究,一是侦查文化的概述;二是侦查亚文化的概述;三是侦查文化的发展。

As a conceptual thing,culture can influence people's behavior by influencing people's ideas,and so does investigation culture to investigators and institutions.Creating a good investigation culture and eliminating the undesirable culture influences play an important part that the standard construction can not.This paper carries on the preliminary discussion and research on investigation culture from three parts,first,an overview of investigation culture;second,an overview of investigation sub-culture,third,development of investigation culture.
