传统文化之于公安院校学生警察职业价值观的形成

Enforcing the Police Work-Values of Public Security University Students with Traditional Philosophy

随着国家就业政策的调整,公安院校的毕业生开始参与激烈的就业竞争,而大学生职业价值观教育随着就业形势的日趋严峻变得越发重要。正确的职业价值观可以提高学生心理健康水平,培养职业精神,激发学生学习的主动性和积极性以及对将来工作的适应性。但价值观作为较高精神层面的教育由于其不能体现在实际的教学成果上,往往被学校教育工作者所忽略。文章针对大学生职业价值观的特点分析了对公安院校学生进行警察职业价值观教育的重要性,探讨了利用中国传统文化中的优秀价值观念指导学生构建职业价值观的意义和相应的内容和方法,以促进公安院校学生警察职业价值观的形成。

With the adjustment of graduate employment policy,Public Security University students now have to compete in society as well.Confronted by the severe job-hunting pressure and fierce competition,teaching work-values to university students becomes increasingly vital.The correct work-values enhance psychological health,foster professional ethics,and motive positive attitude in academic studies and future adaptability in the workplace.It is the core factor that decides the orientation of the future personal development.However,aimed for higher intellectual and moral qualities,teaching of values cannot usually yield any result as substantial professional achievement of the educators,it is hence neglected often.This study will focus on the work-values of college students,and analyse the implications and importance of addressing work-values among students of the Public Security University;then discuss the idea of adopting ideas of values from traditional Chinese philosophy into the teaching of building police work-values and the relevant methods and approaches,in order to boost the construction of police work-values among Public Security University students.
