浅谈矿工人身权的法律保护

人身权是民事主体所享有的最基本的权利,也是民事主体得以享有和行使其他民事权利的前提。近年来,公民的人身权随着我国社会主义法制的建设而得到了更好的保护。但王家岭"3.28"矿难的发生却以残酷的事实提醒着人们,还有这样一个群体,他们的工作环境极其恶劣,各种权利得不到保障,生命和健康更是时时受到威胁和侵犯。本文以王家岭"3.28"矿难为现实依托,结合我国人身权的保护现状,对如何从民法方面保护矿工的人身权进行探讨。

Personal rights is the civil rights enjoyed by natural personal,it's also the precondition for a natural personal to exercise other rights.In recent years,as the building of our law system,people's personal rights get better protection.But the Disaster of WangJialing Mine reminded people the facts that there is such a group of person whose personal rights can't get protection and their life and health are constantly threatened and abused.On the basis of current situation of personal rights' protection,this article tries to discuss and construct the most reasonable protected mode in the protection of colliers' personal rights.
