The Offender's psychological Characteristics and Causes of Abnormal Personality

近年来,频发的变态人格导致的犯罪引起了社会广泛关注,本文主要从变态人格犯罪人的心理特点和成因两个角度对其犯罪进行探讨,以推动学术研究和司法实践的进程。变态人格犯罪人的一般感知能力正常,但情绪情感发育缺陷,动机异常,人格常常具有两极性。这种人格发展的畸形主要有生物因素和社会因素两个方面,其中生物因素包含生物化学、遗传基因和神经系统病变;社会因素包含微观因素和宏观因素两方面。

In recent years,the frequency of the crime caused by abnormal personality led to social widespread concern,this paper is to explore crime from the psychology of the perpetrators of abnormal personality characteristics and causes,in order to promote the process of academic research and the judicial practice.General perception of the abnormal personality perpetrator is normal,but the development of emotions and feelings is defect,abnormal motivation,personality often has a bipolar nature.The deformity of the personality development are mainly two aspects of and social factors,biological factors including biochemistry and genetics and nervous system diseases;social factors include micro factors and macro factors.
