实训师资队伍直接关系到实训教学活动的开展,关系到教学质量的高低。而高职院校实训师资队伍却普遍存在数量、素质、结构等方面的问题,为此,必须通过确立实训教学的核心地位、改善实训教师的来源结构、制订实训人才的引进计划、加强实训教师的培训提升、完善实训教师的激励机制、发挥兼职教师的补充作用、实施理实一体化教学模式改革等多种措施来解决,努力打造一支数量充足、素质合格、结构合理的实训师资队伍,为推进高职院校的建设和发展作出应有的贡献。

The construction of the teaching staff is directly related to the practical training teaching activities and the level of the quality of teaching.But the team of vocational colleges experimental teachers team widely exists the problem of quantity,quality,structure,etc.Therefore,we must establish the position of the core of the experimental teaching,improve the structure of the source of the experimental teachers,develop the experimental introduction of qualified personnel plan,strengthen the experimental teachers training,enhance,improve the incentives of the experimental teachers,play a complementary role of part-time teachers and the implementation of theory and practice teaching model integrated reform measures,so as to create an experimental training team of sufficient quantity,qualified quality and Reasonable construction and make proper Contribution for development and construction of higher vocational colleges.
