以藏区民族、宗教等问题为借口而实施的煽动颠覆国家政权的案件中,不少犯罪嫌疑人由于本身的知识阅历不多,更多的是受到了不法分子的蛊惑,他们的反社会意识非常强烈,审讯他们的难度远远大于其他普通刑事案件。因此,侦查人员在审讯前需要做好充分的准备。在审讯中,侦查人员要根据案情、证据材料及犯罪嫌疑人的心理和性格特征,有理、有利、有节地对其攻心、运用事实和证据驳斥其反动观点和错误言论,在确保安全和侦查工作顺利开展的前提下利用监管配合、亲友规劝,最终促使他们如实陈述自己所实施的犯罪事实。

At the trial, the investigators should be based on the cases, the evidence material and criminal suspects psychological and personality traits, rational, beneficial, and orderly attack their hearts and minds, the use of facts and evidence to refute their reactionary views and erroneous statements, in ensuring the premise of security and investigation with the smooth operations use regulation, friends and relatives to persuade, and ultimately encourage them to honestly state the facts of the crime facts of their implementation.
