鹧鸪茶果皮挥发油成分的鉴定 被引量:2

Identification of Chemical Composition of the Volatile Oil from the Pericarp of Mallotus peltatus

摘要 采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取鹧鸪茶果皮中的挥发油,运用气相色谱-质谱连用技术对所提挥发油进行化学成分分析,从鹧鸪茶果皮挥发油中分离鉴定出56种化合物,占总含量的88.793%,其中含量较高的依次为棕榈酸43.567%、亚油酸11.185%、α-葎草烯5.563%、(-)-葎草烯环氧化物Ⅱ2.969%、反式-丁香烯2.288%、丁香烯氧化物2.094%。 Volatile oil was extracted from the pericarp of Mallotus peltatus by steam distillation, and its chemical composition was analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). From the volatile oil 58 compounds were isolated and identified, accounting for 88.793% of the total volatile oil. The compounds that have higher content in the volatile oil of M. peltatus included palmitic acid (43.567%), linoleic acid (11.185%), a-humulene (5.563%), (-)-Humulene epoxide II (29.69%), trans-caryophyllene (2.288~,6) and caryophyllene oxide (2.094%).
