本文试图对陶行知学生"自治"思想进行全新解读,同时对陶行知的"学生"自治思想进行集成创新,主要对校园立法型、执法型、司法型事务学生"自治"体系构建,创建一种全新的学生自治范式。通过这种体制的创建进一步促进校园安全保卫工作、校风学风整顿、良好行为习惯养成、健康有序社团活动开展,达到和谐校园的建设。

This article attempts to carry on the brand-new interpretation to Tao Xingzhi＇s student＇s ＂autonomy＂ thought, and at the same time integrates and innovates the ＂student＂ autonomy thought of Tao Xingzhi, the construction of the ＂autonomy＂ system for the students of the campus legislative, law enforcement and judicial affairs is to create a new model of student autonomy. Through the establishment of this system, we will further promote campus safety and security work, rectification of school spirit, good habits and habits, and healthy and orderly community activities, so as to achieve the goal of building a harmonious campus.
