摘要
2013年习近平主席提出建设"一带一路"战略,这对我国的外语政策与外语教育提出了更高的要求。在这样的历史机遇的大背景下,外语教育的地位和作用日益凸显。本文基于"一带一路"背景对陕西省农村中小学英语教育做了一些新思考。
In 2013, President Xi Jinping proposed the strategy of ＂One Belt and One Road＂, which put forward higher demands and tasks for foreign language policy and foreign language education in China, the position and function of foreign language education are becoming more prominent. This paper makes some new thoughts on English education of rural primary and middle schools in Shaanxi province based on ＂One Belt and One Road＂.
