虽然我国的文化软实力在改革开放以来取得了一定的成绩,但是还是存在着文化产业发展缓慢落后、文化事业及文化产业缺乏活力、难以满足人民的多样需求以及文化对外贸易逆差严重等亟待解决的问题。在社会主义新时代,要通过坚定社会主义文化自信、深入推进文化体制改革、完善公共文化服务体系和加强文化对外传播力度等有效路径来进一步提升我国的文化软实力。

In the new era of socialism, we must further enhance our country＇s cultural soft power by strengthening the confidence of the socialism culture, deepen the reform of cultural system, perfect the public cultural service system and reinforce cross-cultural communication.
