90后文科类专业本科就业现状分析及策略研究

Study on the Employment of Post 90's Arts Undergraduate Students and its Strategies

就业是民生之本,既关系到求职者的生存质量和人生价值的实现,更关系国家经济协调发展和社会和谐稳定。在就业环境不容乐观和高校毕业生数量大幅增加的双重压力之下,大学生的就业问题已成为社会的热门话题,尤其是文科类专业本科就业情况不容忽视。本文拟通过调研近几年在杭普通高校文科类专业本科就业情况,深入探讨90后本科生就业状况,旨在提升当下文科类专业大学生就业水平和就业质量。

Employment is the foundation of people＇s livelihood. It is not only related to the quality of life and the realization of the value of life, but also to the coordinated development of the country＇s economy and social harmony and stability. Under the dual pressure of employment environment is not optimistic and a substantial increase in the number of college graduates,the employment problem of university students has become a hot topic of the society, especially the liberal arts undergraduate employment situation cannot be ignored. This paper intends to investigate the employment status of liberal arts undergraduates in Hangzhou universities in recent years and explore the employment status of post 90＇s undergraduates in an effort to improve the employment level and employment quality of current liberal arts students.
