习近平同志非常重视科技创新,围绕科技创新提出了一系列具有重要意义的大思路。教育主管部门和科技主管部门应当在产业开发和利用新技术方面发挥更大作用,大力推进高校科研成果转化,发挥大学在科技创新中的作用:加强科技成果产业化的顶层设计,塑造政府、大学与企业的新型关系;加强科研成果转化,更好地实现大学职能;增强科研人员的使命感,把科技成果应用在实现现代化的伟大事业中;尊重创新规律,营造激发科研人员潜质的自由氛围。

President Xi Jin-ping attached great importance to scientific and technological innovation and put forward a series of great ideas about scientific and technological innovation.Education departments and administrative departments should play agreater role in industrial development and utilization of new technologies.To vigorously promote the transformation of scientific achievements in colleges and to full play the role of universities in scientific and technological innovation,the major aspects should be as following：strengthen the top-down design of industrialization of scientific and technological achievements and create a new type of relationship among government,universities and enterprises;strengthen the transformation of scientific achievements so as to better realize the functions of universities;enhance the sense of mission of scientific researchers and apply scientific and technological achievements in the process of realizing modernization;respect the law of innovation and create free atmosphere to stimulate personnel potential.
