摘要
在揭示企业技术创新与知识整合耦合关系的基础上,构建二者耦合模型,进而从知识整合视角重点设计基于供应链、基于产业联盟、基于创新平台的三条技术创新能力提升路径。为培育和提升高端装备制造企业技术创新能力提供了有效决策借鉴,对推动我国创新驱动发展战略实施和高端装备制造业可持续发展具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。
The coupling model between enterprises' technology innovation and knowledge integration is constructed based on their coupling relation analysis.Afterwards,the key technology innovation capability improving paths are designed from the perspective of knowledge integration,including the path based on supply chain,the path based on the industry alliance and the path based on the innovation platform.The research provides effective decision-making reference for cultivating and improving the technology innovation capability of high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises,which has important theoretical value and practical significance for promoting China's innovation driven development strategy implementation and the sustainable development of high-end equipment manufacturing industry.
