摘要
围绕军民融合产业创新发展治理问题,系统梳理了军民融合创新发展中的影响因素及主要治理模式,对不同观点提炼归纳,划分流派。研究发现,军民融合产业创新发展中的羁绊因素大致分为:体制壁垒、政策壁垒、渠道壁垒、技术壁垒等。破解的关键在于政府和中介组织的引导和支撑。由此,军民融合产业创新形成若干发展模式:开放式创新发展、模块化发展、产学研协同发展、平台化发展。相关成果可为我国军民融合产业创新管理及研究提供参考和启示。
Paper combs factors and modes of the integration of military and civilianintegration,and summarizes different views and schools.The barrier factors are divided：institutional,policy,channel,technical.The cracking key lies in the support of government organizations.Some key models are formed：open innovation,modular development,production and research collaborative,platform development.The results can provide reference for the military and civilian integration in China.
