EU horizon 2020 project is the largest research and development project in the history of EU,supporting all aspects of innovation activities from basic research to product market.During the project,the European Union implements standardized and normalized management of program agreement by making clear the whole process of program management in the agreement,setting up objectives,indicators and evaluation methods in detail,strengthening the tabulation to improve the accuracy of the agreement and reduce workload,which has made a very remarkable achievement.The experience gained from EU is of great reference value to the management of science and technology program in our country.
