Research on Mechanism and Evaluation of Complicated Factors on Knowledge Transfer in Technology Alliance

从一个涵盖核心与辅助节点的技术联盟网络视角出发,系统梳理各复杂因素对技术联盟知识转移的影响机理,并采用层次分析法(AHP)和决策矩阵实验室(DEMATEL),基于江苏省轨道产业技术联盟企业的调查数据进行实证检验,得出关键因素,并提出针对性建议。

In this paper,we systematically analyzes the mechanism of the influence of various complicated factors on the knowledge transfer of technology alliance from the perspective of a technology alliance network including core and auxiliary nodes,and adopts the analytic hierarchy process（AHP）and decision matrix laboratory（DEMATEL）Jiangsu Province,track industry technology alliance survey data to conduct empirical tests,draw the key factors,and put forward specific recommendations.
