Discussion on China's Green Development Under the New Normal Economy

绿色发展方式是指引经济发展呈现出不同以往的新的建设状态的必然选择,文章从相关部门指引新型的经济增长和社会建设方式的职能发挥不有效、公司欠缺动力和公众的环境友好型消费思维淡薄三个视角,概括了这种新型的经济增长和社会建设方式存在的困境。文章从相关部门应做好顶层设计、公司应制定经济增长和社会建设方式战略、公众应养成环境友好型消费习惯等视角,探究国内走这种新型的经济增长和社会建设方式道路的对策。

The green development is the inevitable choice for guiding the economic development. From the three aspects that the functions of relevant departments of the economic growth and social development are not effective, weak environmental friendly consumption power and lack of consideration on the public, this paper summarizes the existing difficulties of this new economic growth mode and social construction. Finally, this paper puts forward that the relevant departments should do the top-level design well, the company should set up the economic growth and social development strategy, the public should develop environmental friendly consumption habits, so as to explore the countermeasures of domestic road of this new economic growth mode and social construction.
