推进我国产业结构优化发展的金融对策

Research on the Financial Countermeasures to Promote the Optimum Development of Industrial Structure in China

自我国改革开放以来,经济发展取得了全球瞩目的成就。但是传统的经济增长模式也为社会和谐发展埋下了隐患,如高污染、高消耗、高排放等,不仅给环境造成严重污染,消耗更多的劳动力,还使产业的结构矛盾日益凸显。从长期发展角度考虑,金融业一直以来都是推动我国产业结构优化发展的主要力量,产业结构优化就是社会资源优化,而金融市场是社会资源优化的核心所在,对市场经济发展有重要的指引作用,因此,为推进我国产业结构优化发展,文章提出优化农村金融产品创新,促进金融监管创新、完善金融组织创新、加强金融制度创新、提高财政外投资比例等对策。

Since the reform and opening up of China, Chinese economic development has made remarkable achievements in the world. However, the traditional mode of economic growth has also laid a hidden danger for the harmonious development of society. For example, high pollution, high consumption and high emission have not only caused serious pollution to the environment but also consumed more labor force, which has also highlighted the struelral contradictions in the industry. From the perspective of long-term development, the financial industry has always been the major force in promoting the optimization and development of China＇s industrial structure. Industrial structure optimization is the optimization of social resources. The financial market is the core of social resources optimization and plays an important guiding role in the development of market economy Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study financial innovation to promote the optimization and development of China＇s industrial structure. This paper puts forward some countermeasures such as optimizing the innovation of rural financial products, promoting the innovation of financial regulation, improving financial organization, strengthening the financial svstem innovation, and increasing the proportion of foreign investment.
