This paper summarizes the important development of network information transmission and sensing technology connecting agricultural related subjects. It elaborated the relevant achievements, then studies the network connecting agriculture related subjects from the aspects of agricultural resources protection, the development state of external conditions, production of fine governance protection, and agriculture primary products safety system. Finally, the paper probes into the enlightenment of the network technology of the developed countries to the domestic development.
