摘要
师范生职业技能教育的教学效果受多种因素的影响,要想达到理想的教学效果,应找出诸要素之间的相互影响关系。运用解释结构模型法,对教学效果诸影响因素进行分析,得出影响因素之间的层次关系图,并根据该图,提出切实可行的师范生职业技能培养策略。
The teaching effect on vocational skill training of normal students is influenced by various factors whose correlation would help to reach the ideal teaching effect.The hierarchical relation map can be depicted based on the analysis of influential factors through the interpretation of structure mode in order to put forward practical training strategies about normal students’vocational skills.
