摘要
某在建的31层剪力墙结构住宅楼,结构封顶后发现第18层的混凝土后期强度严重偏低,不能满足设计要求,需要进行加固。经过加固方案比选,确定采用分段置换混凝土法进行加固,以高强灌浆料置换混凝土墙和连梁,以普通混凝土置换梁和板。通过划分合理的分段置换工程量和制定合适的置换施工顺序,严格控制施工阶段的混凝土墙内部应力,实现免支撑分段置换剪力墙混凝土,取得了良好的加固效果。
A 31-story residential building of shear wall structure is under construction. It is found that the concrete later strength of all concrete members in 18 th floor is severely low. The low strength concrete members can not meet the design standard and need to be reinforced. Through comoarison and selection of some strengthing methords,the muitistage replacement method is determined to solve this problem. Moreover,all of the shear walls and coupling beams are replaced with CGM grouting material,and all of the plates and ordinary beams are replaced with common concrete. The internal stresses of concrete wall sections are controled in sustainable range,with reasonable segments and appropriate replacemen ordor. Accordingly,it can be actualized that replacing weak concrete of shear wall without supports. Finally,this strengthening method has achieved good effect.
