水比例控制技术在采暖热水炉的应用

摘要 在现有单一由燃气比例控制的恒温技术基础上采用水比例控制技术,实现水、气两方面的调节,以达到舒适的恒温效果。通过测试与对比分析,在相同进水流量和温升时,采用水比例控制技术的热水炉加热时间明显缩短。无论进水流量是正向变化还是反向变化,带有水比例控制阀的热水炉出水温度变化范围较小,响应时间较短。在燃气比例阀前气压逐步减小的情况下,采用水比例控制技术的热水炉通过减小进水流量,实现水温波动小,出水温度接近所设温度。 Based on a single constant tempera- ture technology controlled by the gas ratio, the adjust- ment of water and gas is realized t,y the water ratio control technology in order to achieve a comfortable constant temperature effect. Through the test and com- parative analysis, the heating time of tile wall-mounted boiler using the water ratio control technology is signifi- cantly shortened at the same water inflow rate and tem- perature rise. Regardless of whether the water inflow is positive or negative, the outlet water temperature of the hot water boiler with the water ratio control valve has a smaller change range and a shorter response time. When the gas pressure before the gas ratio valve is gradually reduced, the hot water boiler using the water ratio control technology reduces the water inflow rate to achieve small fluctuations in water temperature, and the outlet water temperature is close to the set temperature.
