摘要
对LNG接收站可能产生的泄漏点进行辨识及分析,对LNG泄漏量、集液池设置、LNG蒸发质量流量、蒸气云扩散隔离区范围、火灾热辐射影响范围进行分析。结合工程实例,针对不同泄漏点产生的泄漏量进行集液池设计,采用PHAST软件对集液池蒸气云扩散隔离区范围及火灾热辐射范围进行模拟计算。根据模拟结果,提出接收站平面布置优化方案。
The potential leakage points at LNG receiving station are identified and analyzed. The LNG leakage volume, collecting pool setting, LNG evapora- tion mass flow, isolation area range of vapour cloud dif- fusion and the influence range of fire heat radiation are analyzed. Combined with an engineering case, the col- lecting pool is designed against the leakage volume of different leakage points, and the isolation area range of vapour cloud diffusion and the range of fire heat radia- tion are simulated and calculated by PHAST software. According to the simulation results, the optimization scheme of the receiving station layout is proposed.
